Meet Parris
-
I’m a public health professional (MHA), digital strategist, and wellness advocate/consultant committed to advancing health equity, digital accessibility, and community-centered impact. My work bridges the gap between public health, personal wellness, and accessibility—helping Black women and purpose-driven creatives design brands, initiatives, and systems that reflect who they truly are and reach the people they’re meant to serve.
-
I hold a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Health Studies from Kent State University. But beyond the degrees, my work is shaped by lived experience—years of navigating health systems, societal barriers, and wellness-centered efforts grounded in equity and impact.
Through Interior Design ID, I offer personalized consulting services to help individuals and community-based organizations not only bring their vision to life but tailor it to the audience they’re called to serve—whether that means wellness planning, digital strategy, program development, community-based initiatives, or brand alignment.
With experience coordinating cross-functional health equity projects, facilitating advisory groups, building accessible digital platforms, and designing inclusive wellness content, I bring a blend of insight, creativity, and care to every project I support.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m here to meet you where you are and help you build something that honors your mission and reflects your values.
Because at the heart of it all is this truth:
“Designing a better you” isn’t just a slogan—it’s the mission.
